Lincoln Heights School Working Bee

On Tuesday 2 September 2025, the Oke Crew worked alongside the Lincoln Heights School whānau to help take their outdoor classroom to the next level. Funded through the Auckland Council Ngā Hapori Momoho – Thriving Communities Grant, the build focused on expanding and upgrading the space with brand-new Birdies raised garden beds, fresh Daltons garden mix, and supporting infrastructure. The mahi was boosted by an awesome team of volunteers from Westpac, as well as the support of Stephanie from our partners at 5+ A Day, who joined the school community to roll up their sleeves and bring the project to life. The result is a revitalised outdoor classroom that will support tamariki to grow, learn, and connect with nature for years to come.
