May Road School Working Bee

On Thursday 13th June, Oke built outdoor classroom #44 at May Road School. Through our work with Sustainable Schools, our Chief Go-Getter, Michelle connected with May Road School. Stryde Projects are on site at May Road School building an amazing new school block and they generously helped to fund this build. We were also joined by the community teams from Bunnings New Lynn, Grey Lynn and Mt Roskill, who donated a whole heap of gardening equipment. This was a great renovation project, bringing the existing raised beds back to life with Daltons Garden Mix, adding a Morrifield Tunnelhouse, a new garden bench, compost bins and a Hungry Bin. With the help from the May Road kids, it was another successful working bee.
