Thursday 15th May saw one of Oke’s most impressive working bees yet as we teamed up with Waterview School to create a next-level outdoor classroom. This build truly raised the bar, complete with a brand-new water tank system and a full ground mulch barrier to future-proof the space. The day was a brilliant display of what’s possible when community and industry come together, with incredible backing from Auckland Council, Hynds Piping, Kerry Drainage, EZY Traffic, and GHD. Their hands-on support and expertise made a massive difference. What we pulled off in just one day was nothing short of incredible and having the tamariki working alongside us throughout made it all the more meaningful.
